my '89 Magna tracker steering wheel is becoming harder to turn. checked underneath the steering wheel and saw a clear, long tube (about 6") and looks to be a spring enclosed. there was also some oil leakage (?) by the steering housing. anyone know how to change this out, where to get the part(s) or any easy remedy to see if a "quick-fix" will work? Never did this before and can use some guidance. Thank you.
