steering linkage broken!!!!!

So after a swim yesterday to get back to the dock, I discovered that the piece that holds my steering cable in place broke. I need to know what the part is called and where to order it or an alternative fix?

Ayuh,... Odds are, that part is NLA, or Not available by itself...
A New helm,+ Cable will Fix it though...

Anymore the helm/cable kits are cheaper than just replacing the cable in most cases, thats what I would do.
