Steering pulling hard right

The steering for my 1977 Crestliner Cursader 550 pulls really hard to the right even at low speeds. I have checked the fin thing on the motor and it is placed straight, turning it left should fix it but I am thinking there is a bigger issue than that and would like to get it fixed before I left others who are new to boating drive. Below is the best image I have of the steering and I can't get another till spring.

The trailing edge of the trim tab on the motor should be turned to the Starboard, it works opposite to what you would first think.
Trim tab turns the outboard then outboard turns the boat.

Trimming out will also equalize the thrust difference from the prop blades.

Currently the fin thing (don't remember the name) is straight. I still don't think it should pull at hard as it does. It is extreme compared to other boats I have owned and driven. I was thinking maybe the prop might have something to do with it but was not sure. The prop has the blades bent in a small curl.

try a No feedback helm if the tab adjustment wont help.
