My Johnson 150 on a 17ft Stratos gets real hard to turn at both ends of the travel. It's okay in the middle ranges. I have greased everything except inside of the mechanism under the steering wheel (don't know if it can be done). I was wondering if I could change my control arm location. It is now in the hole nearest the motor but there is another one at the end of the bar. Can I connect the rod to the end of the motor bar?
