Steering shaft/rod removal??

I have a merc 150 1995 and i am trying to take the hydraulic steering off to replace. My problem is that i can get the arms off or the long bolt that runs through and suggestions on how to pull it off? On my old motor it slid right out but this one will not budge. I have tried everything i an think of..

Looks like it might have gotten too close to the loktite. Try heating it.
