Steering Wheels

Do steering wheels have a standard kind of mounting system? Mine's very old and ****ty and really needs to be replaced. Here's a pic with the center cap removed. Will pretty much any of these work?

I think most steering systems use a 3/4" tapered shaft. You should be able to pull it off and measure the shaft with a pair of calipers.
