steering

i have a 85 norris craft with a 200 johnson. the steering is locked up. how do i get the cables off the motor?

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING A REPAIR MANUAL FOR YOUR ENGINE, IF YOU DONT ALREADY HAVE ONE. MY MANUAL TELLS ME EVERYTHING I NEED TO KNOW.
