Stern Drive ID

Evening Gents,
Could anyone identify this stern drive for me? I "think" it's an Alpha. My engine is a 3.0 Mercruiser.
I appreciate your help!!

Do you have a drive or transom assembly serial number (a year will put us in the ball-park)?

The drive serial number was faded off when I purchased the boat, but I may be able to make out the transom number. Will post tomorrow.

The drive serial number is stamped into the housing under the decal on the port side.
