Sterndrive jiggling

Is it normal for the sterndrive to jiggle a little bit up and down and side to side by hand? I have a 290, older but low hours.

Yes, it's very typical and normal.

Have jiggling (play) as well. More to the left and right than anything else. Seems to be primarily around steering fork/steering helmet.

When replacing bellows this winter, I also plan to replace the following parts (as per attached):

Steering fork (inside shield): 3, 10 and 14
Steering fork (outside shield): 6 and 7

Right approach?
