I have a 2001 250 efi that has a sticky throttle. I greased everything. Its very tough getting out of forward into nuetral and out of reverse into nuetral. No kinks or tyraps anywhere in the cables. Throttle moves freely when pushbutton neutral is engaged. Is it safe to assume bad cable. If so, is it a tricky job hooking up new ones<br />thank you
