Stiletto Prop - Mounts to far on Volvo SX Drive

I have a Stiletto Bay Pro II prop #45420, and I'm installing it on a 2004 Volvo SX Outdrive. It is the old style with the pressed in hub.

When you snug the prop nut down, the stepped down area seems to go a bit to far into the lower unit gearcase and there is a bit of rubbing. I have a Michigan Wheel Aluminum, Square Bore prop that doesn't do this. The Thrust Washer has a part number of 991202 on it.

Are the Thrust Washers different for a square bore vs an old style pressed in hub?

Go Get a thrust washer for the stilletto and it should work fine.
