Still a non smoker!!!!

Well it's been 34 days and i will admit that i have cheated a few times but over all it's going well i feel better, have a lot more cash, lol and have now convinced my wife to try to quit as well, she yeaterday so hopfuly soon we will be a smoke free family.

Been about 8 weeks for me. That is after 60 years of addiction and habit.

For now, I have just stopped. Maybe in a few years I will claim to have quit.
