The problem is that it needs a little work. The guy told me it needed plywood runners for rigidity and a 2x6 transom installed. He was not sure what model it was, but I am sure it is the simple fishing variety, because he only wants $350 for it w/trailer. I have just noticed that all discussion about ransom replacement was about plywood and he is telling me it uses a 2x6. My first boat was a rigged up, jb welded pos, so I do not want this to happen again, I wanted to ask the experts. He said it was well taken care of and freshly painted. I know the wood will need replaced periodically, I was just worried about the way he said it was setup.

With all the Lonestar fans on here nobody can tell me if that is how the boat is supposed to be set up of if it is rigged?

14' aluminum. My father in law just looked at it and said the sides and back were very flimsy. He did not think that it would be a good deal, and sorry no pictures because this boat is 3 hours away from me.
