COMPLETED TOTAL MAINTENCE,FUEL FILTERS-NEW BULB-changed OIL in upper & lower Units new plugs etc. pre tested out of water, starts and runs excellent-ran at 2,3,4,&5 thousand rpms--put boat in water, motor again runs great- but will not accelerate the boat---and at times gains rpms own its own whats my problem??? jbry
