still stalling

1992 aq 131 volvo penta just replaced plugs,wires,rotor,points,condensor,fuel filter its getting late in the season and getting frustrated its already DAM WELL SNOWING here in ontario anyways im wanting to get this dam boat fix before it gets winterizied because i dont feel like fixing all next year aswell.It starts ok when were on the lake driving it chuggs pukes and hesitant cooling is ok now and i put good fuel in timing is ok it idles fine it only happens when were driving around after a half hour or so any idieas??????? :mad: :mad: :mad:

Check the vent to your fuel tank to make sure it's not clogged with spider webs or some other form of junk.<br /><br />A clogged fuel tank vent or fuel tank fitting can cause the type of problem you are having..<br /><br />Have you checked to see if your fuel pressure at the carb is in specs?<br /><br />Is your carb bowl float getting stuck in the down position?<br /><br />Maybe the needle and seat is not allowing enough fuel to enter the bowl..<br /><br />Any of the above items will allow you to cruise around real slow but stop you dead when you try to run at at high RPMs.<br /><br />Hope this helps you out some..<br /><br />PB
