Still Wont restart when Hot

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for 4.3GL Volvo penta type432APNCA? I'm reading that I could have a bad wire from Alternator to coil. Something about a resistor wire that when heated up goes bad. My Clymer book shows R/Pr wire but it only goes from alternator to alternator. Tryed new coil, modual ,Have a new p/u sensor in hand. but today came across Boatin Bob's thread about risistor wire .

Not sure what you are reading, but it's wrong. You have a Delco EST distributor, no resistor wire on it.
The resistor wires are used on points type ignitions and some conversions.

So, what exactly is your problem? One other question, with that model number, it sounds like you have an OMC, not a Volvo, is that correct?

Thanks, Ok will that answers that question! I guess I'll try the new pickup coil. One More question, I don't think this is a fuel problem but, do you know if Theres an Anti syphone valve on the tank? This is 1996 four winns 195 sundowner with above menationed engine and SXdrive. Here again read something about a problem, Don't know if it pertains to me but thought I could ask. Some tags say Volvo, Valve cover say OMC

You haven't said what your problem is yet, all you are doing is throwing parts at a problem, there are test procedures for things you know.

That's just it. Everything checks out ok. It's just when it heats up it wont stay running. Turns over and firers but shuts down. Will run say, in the morning fine long as I want but if I shut her down Sometimes wont restart. Checked for Spark at that point and seems to be week. That's why we tryed new coil, module and now pu coil.
