2000 70hp : starts and idles fine but dies under load. The local mechanic said it sounds like a low idle adjustment problem. When I started working on this the screws were opened 3 1/2 turns. Cleaned and "rebuilt" the carbs and set the idle screw back the same as before 3 1/2 turns. The rebuild kit did not come with idle needle screws but the existing seem to be fine.

I just received the proper Seloc manual, and concerning the idle adjustment they say it must be done with the engine running UNDER LOAD!!! Come on man!?
