stock prop

Hi guys,

I was wondering what would have been the oem prop for a 2006 Tahoe 215 deck boat with a 4.3 liter engine and a alpha 1 mercruiser drive? my friend swapped props when he banged the original one up and hates the new one. thanks:joyous:

Original prop size would have depended on what activities/load was typical.
The size of the damaged prop should be near the base of the blades or under the prop nut.
If you get us the present prop size ,wot rpm and gps speed lightly loaded we can help select a size.
If you contact Tahoe they may have prop sizes for various applications.

Have the owner check the prop for the numbers like steelspike said. If he does not have the prop anymore find the gear ratio on the lower unit as well along with which 4.3 engine (carb. or MPI). The serial number on the motor and lower unit could also help. Try contacting Tahoe with the info. and see if they have anything on file to help. But the prop. size, wot rpm and gps are key.
