I purchased a boat knowing that someone had stolen the carburetor while it was in storage. I now need to make sure I purchase the correct carburetor to replace it. I would like to stick with the original carburetor model that the boat came with. I think it was a 2 barrel Mercruiser. I don't know if it came with the TKS version or not. What should I look for to find out? If it didn't have a TKS on it originally I may upgrade to one depending on the cost.
Could someone look at the below Serial Numbers and photos to tell what carburetor came on this engine?
Thanks.

engine SN: 0C535857
Model MCM 4.3L
262 CID
4.3l V6 thunderbolt inginition

Re: Stolen carburetor

Ayuh,... Don or somebody can run the number, 'n tell you what was there...

You might as well order a new choke stove too,...
That 1 is rusted out...
It's the little thingy to the starboardside, held down by 2 bolts...
