Sorry I can't think of a better title for my question but here is what I want to know. Occasionally, usually when docking, or putting my anchor on the bow of the boat, I have to walk on top of the fiberglass in front of the cockpit and over the cuddy cabin I have. My question is, is this ok to do? The boat is obviously strong enough to support me and while I try not to walk out there, I slide on my butt when I can. But is it bad for the boat to do this? When I am on it, there is no movement or flexibility in the fiberglass. Any input would be helpful. Here is a pic of the boat I am talking about.

I wouldn't hang out and have a dance party up there (at least not on a regular basis) but the occasional walking around on it should be fine....if its not flexing then it is designed strong enough to hold you.

Nice Boat and Nice Wax Job for a 89. Don't mess it up by walking all over it with shoes on.

It's a lot stronger than you'd think.

I know it's a normal thought to think they wouldn't design it to hold a party they probably did.

Have you ever heard of a deck on a boat like that failing?

I've seen crowds on them.

Of course your messing with your finish but unless you feel a rotted support, don't sweat it.

Forget the Dancing Girls on the Bow and worry about your Finish. Chicks dig shiney boats anyway. Ignore these comments if your married. I am atleast. :D

True that I have never seen one fail but you never know, thats why I asked;) Don't want to make a dumb mistake that could have been avoided.
