I measured my stringer heights before I cut them out, I used a good strait 2x4accross the hull & measured down to them cause my cap sits on the floor, so the height is kind of critical. The measurements between the 5 stringers varied as much as 3/4" from one side to the other, & no 2 were the same. Is this common that they just throw them together?
