I just put this motor on the boat. I put the controls on and apparently don't know how to adjust them properly. When I take the throttle as far forward as it will go, the timer base doesn't get to it stop and the carbs still have a little movement left. Is there anything I can do to adjust this or is it normal? Thanks in advance.
