Stringers

Greetings to all.I have all my stringers cut to fit,still need to screw them together with ss or brass screws along with L brackets.I read on hear that the glassing over pressure treated wood will not hold up,is that true?

Only if it is still wet. Are you talking about plywood or dimensional wood?

They are still a little damp,a few more days and they should be dry.I noticed around the old stringers they used some type of caulking then glassed over.What type of caulking should be used?


I read on here people use 2 litter soda bottles instead of floatation foam,are they serious?
