I have a 1991 Johnson 6hp model J6REIA. I had the prop off and shaft out and dropped the lower end checking the seals. Since I put it back together(this spring) it has stuck in forward gear three or four times. I manage to get it out of gear by playing with prop, usually after the fishing expedition. Any help would be appreciated.
