Hey guys wats up. I put in a carb kit and a pin and it still bogs ! Wat can it be ? Impeller ? coils, plugs wires ? it starts aon second pull. Timing? I give up should I take it in my manual is gona be a while

Here's something to check jethro.....

Look up in back of the carb and you'll see a lever with a roller attached. You'll also see the cam attached to the mag plate.....on the cam should be a reference mark. Roll the twist grip and watch the cam come around to the roller. When the mark is centered on the roller, the throttle plate should just start to open. If it needs adjustment, losen the 5/16" bolts that attach the cam to the plate and move it in or out until the above adjustment is made.

Ok .ust had a tornado past by us yesterday 100000 people are without power big mess. how do You go to the faq questions it only posts one

i think this motor had electrict stsrt there are two wires sticking out of the engie with two clips on the end theres no stop switch could this be my probem should i take it out?

Here's the link to the BRP site. Click on engine diagrams and follow the prompts. Should help.

If the two wires are small and black, then they are likely the leads that would go to the kill switch. If they are large, say around 4ga. wire, then they could be battery cables. Is there a starter on the engine?
