Stupid question, what is the proper name for these

Im looking for some replacement parts for my boat. The gunwale has teak on top and rectangle cutouts for a line to pass through, the cutouts have a metal insert in them to protect the teak, what are these called?

Also what about the louvered vents to vent the bilge?
