well the first thing you need to do is make sure ALL the water is out of the engine. Then I'd recommend pulling the carb and cleaning it very well. remove the plugs and put a small amount of oil in the cylinders, turning the flywheel repeatedly. Its not a fun thing, but its not a total engine killer unless you don't act to "dry" the engine out. Make sure all wiring and electrical components are dry. If you have a compressor, use the air to blow out all the nooks and crannys. Once thats all done, spray a fuel mixture into the cylinder before re-installing the plugs. Now all you can do is try it out.
