Sukuzi 75hp outboard

we recently brought a boat with this motor on it and taking it for its 1st run we only had it running for about 15 mins after a hard time getting it started it just stopped, and the battery sounded flat even though the battery was full charged and in good order before we left it would not start the motor, do these have an alternator of a charging device, what else could be draining the battery?

Most outboards these days will have charging coils, which output AC volt that will go through a rectifier to changes the voltage to DC.
Recharge your battery, put in the boat, put a volt meter to it, then run the outboard, and if the volts from the battery dose not increase when the motor is running then you have a problem.
And if you have no output to your battery, it will just die from all the motor starting, it could be any number of things.
