I am in the process of looking for a 5-10 year old party cruiser 32 foot. Anybody have a things I should pay attention to when looking at used ones? Have had a regular power boat for years but am going to move into something that makes camping at the lake a little more enjoyable.
Thanks

I owned a 2004 model with A/C and really enjoyed it. We closed in the stern, added a hot water shower, generator, full forward enclosure, gas stove, gas/AC/DC fridge, TV, etc. Basically we turned it into a small houseboat.... Other than potential roof leaks, she's pretty much bullet proof.

If it's got the original trailer I seem to recall that the bunks are welded in place rather than adjustable as you might see from other manufacturers. So the trailer would pretty much need to stay with that boat.

We really enjoy our 88 Suntracker Party Hut. The bathroom, kitchenette and stern bed make it great for overnight on the water. I am happy that we are only 28ft for our first pontoon.

I just bought an '08 Party Cruiser . It has the 135 I/o and came with a galvanized trailer. We've only had it out a couple of times and so far I really like it. It's very big and in our small launch/cove area it's a challenge to keep from hitting other boaters. I just take it real slow. But I can tell this thing is going to be a blast. From the slide to the a/c and full enclosures it offers a lot of opportunities for fun. I am currently stocking it with items to make it an over nighter, pots pans linens soaps bedding etc.
This is a big change for us, we've always had performance or ski boats. Because of a serious injury I had to rethink our boating (which I won't give up no matter how much pain is involved) and this new boat is the answer. It is easy to load on trailer because I can just drive it on and my wife hooks it up. Also it rides very smooth compared to a fast boats
It's in great shape because it's only 2 years old(sold new sept '09). Three is some exposed wood underneath that I will have treated with urethane and will clean toons with a spray on rinse off cleaner. It came with a Honda 3000 inverter type generator that is very quiet
I'd say buy one! hopefully we will enjoy ours
