WAIT!!

Give us the model number. Johnson 90s have come in both 2 stroke and 4 stroke versions and both use 4 spark plugs.

Then buy an Owner's Manual or you are sure to destroy your engine.

JB has it exactly right! Get an owner's manual for sure and a service manual if you plan to work on your engine. Suzuki made a 90 4 stroke which I believe had the plugs all in a row top to bottom and it was Johnson badged. If you have two plugs on each side of the rear and a v-style engine, it should be a two stroke cycle engine. Put up a model # and get a manual or manuals factory only, no after market junk.
