At 24 years old, it hardly matters. A cheap boat can be in great shape, a top of the line boat can be junk. It's all in how it was cared for. Give us some info on how it's powered and we can advise you of any 'gotchas'.There are outboards, I/O's and inboard motors that you want to steer clear of due to poor design or obsolescence (lack of parts and support).
