I moved your question to a topic of your own

Please don't post in inactive topics, after 90days, inactive topics are for research only, and not to be posted to, Also please don't post questions about your motor, project, etc, in other member's topics. That's considered a hijack, esp when it's totally unrelated to the topic you posted it in. Like the Bravo 3 oil/lube topic you posted this question in originally.

Thank you,

Does anyone know where I can get a supercharger for 88 carbureted 4.3?

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,.... Yer not gonna find forced induction FOR yer motor,....

If ya want it, yer gonna have to find the bits, 'n pieces, 'n build it yerself,.....

The belt drive unit in the thread ya hy-jacked I believe is a Vortech blower for a SBC that was adapted by the poster of that thread,....
There are several outfits that build superchargers, but none FOR yer motor,....

Yeah you'll have to find one from a car 4.3 and find a way to mount it and make it work. I'd say don't do it unless you're doing it just for the heck of it because you don't have much to do.

I'd try to get the blower and setup from a Typhoon or Syclone. At least they are the same 4.3 block. Use the GM compression ratio and similar boost control, but take advantage of the free cooling with a water to air inter cooler. You will be boat hot roddin'.
