I'm buying a 26 Tollycraft Sedan Bridge. It was surveyed by a reputable outfit in Jan. 2003 and it's lived in a boathouse since then. The report reads that all's well so I called the fella that did the survey and asked him about it and he said it was great. I'm a firm believer in surveys but a full survey is 5 to 600 bucks... my instinct is that nothing has changed since the last one. I can't decide whether or not to do it again. I know the seller and he's an honest man and a meticulous owner, he'd tell me if there was 'something' needing to be done. What would you do?<br />
