Re: Susuki DT 65 wont run in gear
Hi,
If You press the fuel bulb when you put in gear, does it help?
If it does help it is most likely a fuel delivery problem.

Make sure the rpm is about 650-700 (when in gear). Probably around 800 rpm in neutral then.

Make sure it runs correct on all cylinders and have correct spark plugs (NGK B8HS-10 with gap 0.31-0.35 in/0.8-0.9 mm).

I would personally suspect the fuel pump (rubber diaphgram set). It does not cost much and is easy to replace. Check brownspoint.com
Could also be a carburator problem, hard to say.

Check whole chain from tank to carburators for any suspect fuel restrictions or air leaks (in fuel connections for example). Also make sure the fuel bulb is OK (stay hard after pressing it and is mounted correctly).

/Bo
