Greetings!

A friend gave me a DT8c with Oil Injection in very good conditionwith the exception of not pumping any water. Starts up and seems to run just fine. New water pump kit is on order. My question revolves around operation. There is a red LED on the front of the engine that appears to blink with each revolution of the engine. Does this indicate a low oil level or some other sinister thing? I didn't get an owners manual so I'm not sure what it means and I don't want to ruin a perfectly good engine through ignorance.

Thanks!

It indicates that there is no water flow ... hence the fact it's not pumping any water ... when you replace the impellar this should go away ... the suzuki oil injection systems are some of the best ...
