Most Suzukis are gravity fed oil motors. There's a tank above the engine which you fill from a trap in the cowling. If there's an air bubble in the oil line running to the engine, the sensors will shut the motor down cold becasue no oil is detected. If you rock the engine with the PT & T, this might help. I'd wouldn't recommend disconnecting the sensors. They're good motors, don't get spooked. This happened a few times with my DT115. Solution, fill the oil slowly. I hope that's all it is.
