Clanton - Seeing as how I have a white Suzuki with the Johnson gauges is there any way I can read the diagnostic codes without dragging boat and motor to a dealer, none of witch exist here in the South Carolina swamps.

If the engine has a System Match tach by Johnson, the check engine light will blink the diagnostic code. If your engine is a V6 insure the engine computer is the latest one. Check with dealer.

Hello, i have a 2003 Evinrude 250 hp ficht. I bought a few month ago the diagnostic tools. It's work fine with my european engine. It seems that engines are now coming in Europe directly from USA. Particulary the E-tec.
