I have A 1998 Suzuki Dt 200 On A 1996 488vs Ranger That overheats at Wot on port side head. First overheat i had the impeller replaced at local mechanics Still overheating. Since then i have pulled the powerhead replaced the holder gasket, the Under Oil Seal Hsg Gasket, both oil seals, the thermostats, both head gaskets( where i found out the port side head gasket was blown) and both Exhaust Gaskets. Tried it same results port side head so hot can touch it. The starboard side was warm but could hold my hand on it. Pulled port side head again blown head gasket. Found out That the head was warped had milled(.008) and put new head gasket. Tried again tonight no change same symptoms. If anyone can help it would be very much appreciated Thank you.
