Hi, I have a 1982 Suzuki dt 25 that does not have spark. I took the motor to a local mechanic that said the way he checks it the cdi box is bad, but when he checks it according to Suzuki specs he gets the correct readings except for they are backwards from what the book says. I have not been able to find a Suzuki dealer that will even look at it since it is so old. I hate to junk it because I just had it rebuilt 2 years ago. What would yall do? Pay $300 + for a new cdi and hope it works or get another motor?

Thanks,
JC

Re: Suzuki dt 25

the CDi is the last thing that will go bad on a suzuki, buy your self a manual from brownspoint.com and see if you can't fix the wiring ...
