Finally after along baseball season, the old ball coach has time to take out the 17ft Mako he has been working on for ever.Me and my 10yr.old son go to the local dock to try her out.Trolling motor works fine, trim tabs and bait well. The motor a 1996 Suzuki DT75 with a new solis prop seems to be fine except to stop and adjust the throttle cable.we stop a few times and wet a line.Motor starts fine, while heading back at full throttle I bump the choke with my hip and it slows than it goes back to normal speed. We stop to fish one last time before the dock.after 30 min.I go to start it and it won't start.I pull the cowling and when I pump the primer bulb gas shoots out of the bottom carb, out the pin hole.let's just say it wouldn't start.Thank god for the Greatwhite trolling motor.Made for along day,Coach!
