See www.Brownspointmarine.com they have serial number lists that willl confirm age, and fuel mix should be 50:1

and look up in parts list, you'll see the serial numbers indicating year and should you need parts they have great "micro fiche" lookup....

The first digit gives the year; yours is an 81. Fuel mix is 50:1.
