Suzuki DT65 owners HELP

OK any help would be GREAT
I just bought a 1987 Suzuki dt65 on a nice 17 ft starcraft but the old owner is looking for the manuals for it so for now I can order new ones or hope he finds them any way it will take some time! if any of you can answer a few questions it would let me test/try out my new toy and go fishing that I want to so Bad! First it has a 1 gauge on the dash for the oil tank level and for water and not sure what more it can tell me! Also I have done some reading online about 2 stoke injection and without the book I don't know what type to buy? This is my first Suzuki any thing I should know or watch? Also if you have the owners manual and could send the pages about the gauge that would be great! That will get me set till I get or buy the books

Welcome to iboats ..... you can buy a manual online at www.brownspoint.com ..... the 1st gauge you are talking about shows how much oil is in the oil reservoir of your motor, I would not trust it though, you must always take off the cowling and check it yourself to make sure you have enough oil, always keep it filled to about 3/4 ..... the gauge also shows when you have overheating issue, waterflow etc. and will beep if there is a problem .... you can buy any outboards 2-stroke oil, I use yamalube in all my motors though yamaha or not ....
