Suzuki dt75 1984 water in bottom cylinder

I have a suzuki dt 75 1984 it has water in the bottom cylinder. I checked the cylinder and there was milky white white stuff all over the spark plug and in the cylinder. I have checked compression it has 145 in bottom and 150 in the rest is it the head gasket or could it be the exhaust gasket

it turned out to be a bad head gasket that was leaking water into the cylinder. It was weird that the compression was so high with the head gasket leaking .
