The powerhead is now ready for installation, but I'm affraid I might have done two misstakes.
Do I have to open up the powerhead to correct my misstakes?

Circlip in piston:
My outboard shop manual tells "...circlip opening should face directly up or down"
I missed this, and now the circlip opening is aligned in the small piston pin cutout.
How important is it that the circlip is correct installed?
Could the circlip get loose?

Crankshaft installation in to the block:
When reading the outboard shop manual; it should be a small cutout f?r the bearing locating pin's in the cylinder block.
I couldnt find any cutout in the block.
In the crankcase cover there is a hole but it doesnt fit!!
The only position I could find for the bearing locating pin's was a small milled pocket inside the block (directly under the piston's)
I only had a couple of minutes before the bond was hardening so I assembled the block and crankcase cover.
But after, I asked myself was this really right??
Did I miss something....?
