Suzuki Parts

My son is looking a t a boat with a 1989 Suzuki 40 HP. Sorry, that's all i know.

I know there have been issues, posted here, on some Suzuki engines with parts availabilty. It seems there was a cut off point (eighties?) that parts supply got slim?

Any ideas?

At this time, we'd be looking at maintenance parts only. Water pump, carb kits, etc.

Parts are available for 86 on. Some parts are available for pre 86. Brownspoint is my source.
