Swamped

I recently bought a SmokerCraft Pro Mag 18.1. It had been swamped and I am wondering what the best way to clean out the gas tank. I don't know how much water is in there. My biggest concern is that there is probably sand and dirt in the tank that I want to get out. Any ideas how to do that??

What year is it? I have a 1999 162 Pro Mag. It;s the best built boat I've ever had. I would take it to a dealer and have it repaired there. It's already screwed up I wouldn't mess with it myself but let a dealer do it. You won't save any money in the long run think about it? Let him do the dirty work I think it's worth it to pay to have it done right. LDJ
