I have a rude 120 looper
I was get no spark on all 4 then an intermittent spark on 1 and 3 tried to move the coil leads over to check the other pots but lost the spark. I have checked the trigger getting 380 ohms both ways. I feel its the cd4 unit. It has 1 sealed unit which has 2 sets of leads for each side. Its Easter weekend and I have zero chance of locating a replacement unit. I do have around 4 pair of cd4 units that serve each side individually. My question is can I swap out the single unit for the for 2 individuall ones ? The connections look the same on the starboard side ie 4 wires but the port side has 5 wires coming from the flywheel
has anyone done this ?
