Total refit of a Mercruiser 260 (1980) sn 5569077.
In particular I need to adapt to an Edelbrock 1409 weber Carb from a Q-jet.
I am using a
861678A1 fuel pump. Looking at the Merc parts list for a 1987 260,(references weber carb) which lists two part numbers for the fuel line from pump to carb that relate to a weber carb, and one that relates to a high rise manifold. To further cloud the issue I have install 906 vortec heads and an Edelbrock 2716 intake. So bottom line I need a fuel line for high rise intake and a weber carb. Trying to figure out which part number I need.
All thoughts are welcome!

Thanks

Go to NAPA, get a 3/8" ID brake line in the length longer than you need (The straight ones).
They are double flared at both ends, cut the flare off one end, bend tube to fit where you want it and reflare. Bingo, perfect match.
