Swaping outboards on boats

I have two boats that I am swapping outboards and gauges. A winner boat with a 200 yamaha and a Campion with a 150 merc, Am I looking at a lot of work I know it means contols and everything. Or should I have a dealer do it.

The only difficult part will be actually lifting the motors. Without and engine hoist or crane of some osrt your not gonna be able to do it.

After that then its just a matter of disconnecting the controls, fule lines, steering and depending on the boat trim pump sender/ engine control box.

Its not really hard to do just time consumming. Expect it to take a day or two.
Use lots of masking tape and pencil and mark everything on both sides that you disconnect.

routing the cables can also be fun, it you do not have good access. are the cable lengths correct for both boats.
