I bought a 2005 60hp elpto, and it was blown I found a running late 90s, with rusted out mid section and bad trim so I swapped power heads, the other motor I couldn’t read the date tag, long story short i keep getting the temp alarm within seconds of running is it possible I bolted up a different power head and the ports don’t match? I took out thermostat (for now have a new one) new water pump kit, and Friday I have rydlyme for a flush hoping I don’t have to pull the power head thanks in advance!
